About Ronda Arndorfer
Ronda is a founding wellness partner and leader of Amare. She loves helping people. Her sons gut health motivated her to become an expert in this space. She's been retired from Quadgraphics for over 15 years and she owns a Pilates studio and has a lot of expertise and background in the Lyme Disease area as well.
Who is Amare?
“Amare launched in January. We have award winning revolutionary products that basically we're going at mental wellness by cleaning up the gut, focusing the brain and syncing the two. There is an axis between your gut and your brain…”
What are you guys doing?
“So, we have a product that kids are taking, parents with dementia are taking. It's kind of sort of the same exact product that everybody needs for whatever their health issues are. So we're getting kids off of ADD drugs, parents that have dementia are literally focusing their brain within two days.”
Can you share with me your most successful or favorite networking story/experience that you’ve had?
“I was with a different company and I decided that I was going to just stop working for a while. I was going to kind of re-retire for myself again. My second retirement. And I forgot to turn off a LinkedIn strategy that I had…”
How do you stay in front or best nurture your network community?
“so, I have a weekly zoom call. And on that call, I like to get a really good feel of what people’s goals are and how I can help them with those goals for the week. And so, then I stay in touch with them whether they need a text or phone call…”
What advice would you offer to the business professional who is looking to grow their network?
“…So, I went and attended events. I just googled health fairs and healthy things and I went to a lot of different classes. Whether it was a Pilates class or an essential oils class…”
Digital networking or traditional networking?
“I’m a little old-school. I like that close personal relationship so I would love to meet somebody and get to know them and do business and networking that way…”
If you could go back 20 years, what would you tell yourself to do more or less of regarding your career?
“I don’t know that I would change anything. I think that everything I’ve done in my professional career is where it is for a reason and having worked for the largest printing company to having a brick and mortar Pilate studio and then getting into direct sales, I didn’t even know what that was…”
What book are you reading right now?
“I’m reading a couple of books. One is Stephen Covey’s, Speed of Trust. And I’m finding a lot of things that really resonate with me in how I’ve run my life forever. But I have a hobby of looking at fitness and different diet books.”
