While working on my associates degree and taking an internship course, I was required to select a book from a provided list to read and write a report on.  This was the book I grabbed (primarily because it looked easy to read).  Not only was it an easy read, it had an extremely powerful message.  The message conveyed was that ultimately YOU make the decision to enjoy what you are doing.

How to take your passion and turn it into profits!  This book does a great job of encouraging and empowering entrepreneurs to run full speed with their passions.  It's an easy read with a powerful formula to success.

Strength Finders 2.0

This is an excellent book to help you identify your strengths.  A few quick chapters and an online assessment will open the doors to a new perspective on one's own productivity and assets.  Primary message is why work on your weaknesses, when you can build on your strengths.  Love it!   I had my whole team read the book and take the assessment to find their strengths. It was a great learning experience, both individually and as a team.
